Good communication skills are essential to successful living, and everyone has the ability to learn how to communicate well.

If you are someone who struggles to speak up, has difficulty getting your point across or knowing how to handle someone who is angry or upset, this event is for you.

Please note: if you’d like to come to our center to actually practice a couple of techniques, let us know. We typically have these in-person workshops on Monday evenings at 7pm.
